TFC makes fertility preservation affordable, accessible
The physicians at Texas Fertility Center know that starting a family might not be at the top of your to-do list right now. Maybe you’re getting an education, working on your career or looking for Mr. Right. However, you still know that you want to have a baby when the time is right. While female fertility doesn’t last forever, you can extend your childbearing years with fertility preservation. To make egg freezing more affordable, our Austin egg freezing center offers the Fertility Preservation (Plus) Program.
Fertility preservation involves multiple steps for women
The average woman is born with millions of eggs, but her available egg supply rapidly decreases as she ages. At age 30, most women have approximately 12% of their eggs left. Freezing your eggs now allows you to stop your biological clock so that you can have children later.
Fertility preservation at our Austin egg freezing center includes three steps. First, you will take hormone medication for ovarian stimulation to prompt your body to produce multiple eggs. Then, you will undergo egg retrieval in a quick outpatient procedure. You will be sedated during the procedure, and you can return home the same day. Finally, our embryologists will freeze your eggs and ship them to a state-of-the-art Ovation Fertility storage facility, where they will be monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Unlike an IVF cycle, you don’t have to worry about having your eggs fertilized after retrieval. Fertilization occurs after our embryologists thaw your eggs when you’re ready to get pregnant.
Fertility Preservation (Plus) makes egg freezing more affordable
Egg freezing costs approximately $15,000 to cover the cost of freezing and storing your eggs. However, you don’t have to sacrifice your financial wellbeing to preserve your fertility.
Our Austin egg freezing center has developed Fertility Preservation (Plus), a unique program that makes egg freezing affordable by spreading the costs of stimulating, retrieving, freezing and storing your eggs over five years. You can begin the process for just $1,999, and you will be billed $270 to $325 every month until the cost of your treatment is repaid. Fertility preservation has never been more accessible.
