“Dr. Silverberg and his amazing, professional staff helped my husband and I have a beautiful baby girl last December (2012). It took us a while to become successful (two failed IUIs, two failed IVFs, and one successful FET that spanned 2.5 years), but we were patient and with Dr. Silverberg’s incredible depth of knowledge, his kindness, and empathy, we couldn’t have had a better experience. Or rather, it was as good as the ride through the fiery depths of infertility could have been.

Let’s just say, TFC made what is a painful, extremely difficult experience of going through infertility treatments survivable, if not pleasant. All of the staff there were kind, patient, and cognizant of what you’re going through. Everyone is rooting for you. And if it doesn’t work out that time, they are respectful of your grief and remain hopeful for you. But when you are successful, you can tell they are all doing back-flips on the inside. Because that’s what they’re there for. To help people have their families. To wade through the grief of infertility and come out with a beautiful child on the other side.

Even Dr. Silverberg was beyond ecstatic with our success. I know he’s a very busy man (constantly doing research in addition to treating patients), but he personally called to congratulate us on the positive pregnancy result, which really blew me away! So thoughtful and unexpected! And it just made me realize that they are personally invested in your success too.

Anyway, infertility is one of the hardest things a person can go through and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. But if you have to deal with it and you’re in the Austin area, I would highly recommend going to Dr. Silverberg or one of the other amazing doctors at TFC. They will try their absolute hardest to get you through it. So be patient. Stay tough, however long or short your journey may be. And good luck!”
