“I have only great things to say about my experience at TFC. Dr. Hansard is fantastic! She put me at ease and addressed my million worries every time I met with her. She has a great sense of humor and a very optimistic attitude. She is great at what she does! The rest of the staff is also wonderful. IVF nurse Ashley has been great – responding to emails and phone calls quickly and answering all my questions. Gaile, who was my other nurse, was also great to work with. I’m very impressed at how well-run the clinic is. It is like a well-oiled machine, where every step of the way is taken care of, from getting appointments and treatment protocols set up, to ordering medication, to billing. I also want to offer praise to the staff at Austin IVF – everybody is extremely professional and nice and helpful. Michelle, the billing coordinator, has helped me tremendously when dealing with insurance billing issues. This is the best run clinic I have been to and I could not be happier with our experience.
