Are you concerned that delaying a family will leave you without options when you feel ready to conceive later in life?
Ask about egg freezing at an upcoming educational event at our Austin and San Antonio fertility centers. Many women have heard about the relatively new fertility treatment option of oocyte cryopreservation, or egg freezing. Our reproductive endocrinologists at Texas Fertility Center believe that it’s imperative to educate women about the promising technology of egg freezing. Come join us for a frank conversation about the pros and the practicalities – as well as the limitations of fertility preservation.
We will have snacks so bring a friend or 2 and see what it’s all about!

RESOLVE Advocacy Day 2018 will take place on May 23. TFC and Dr. Silverberg regularly attend the annual event, which provides an opportunity for the infertility community to speak to members of Congress about important issues in reproductive care.
“Every member of Texas Fertility Center shares a commitment to providing exceptional fertility care that is as accessible as possible to every person suffering from infertility. We realize that it can be difficult for many hopeful parents to afford the fertility testing and treatment they need to become parents, so we lobby corporate executives as well as our elected representatives at the local, state and national levels for increased infertility awareness and insurance coverage,” Dr. Silverberg says.
Many TFC patients ask how they can help make fertility benefits a reality. Attending Advocacy Day is the perfect way to share personal stories of infertility struggles to encourage our elected officials to stand behind legislation to affect changes in benefits.
