Physician Departure Announcement

We would like to share an important update regarding our medical team. Dr. Madeline Kaye will be departing Texas Fertility Center as of January 26, 2025.

We are grateful for the care and compassion Dr. Kaye has provided to our patients during her time with us, and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors. Your care remains our top priority. Our clinical team is fully prepared to ensure a seamless transition for all patients previously under Dr. Kaye’s care. Our experienced physicians and staff are available to support you through every step of your treatment plan. Your medical records will remain securely stored with Texas Fertility Center. If you need copies or would like them transferred to another provider, our medical records team can assist you.
