Opening Doors to a Family Texas Fertility Center Announces Newest Fertility Clinic in South Austin

5th TFC Location Serves South Austin, Buda, Kyle and San Marcos Communities

Austin, Texas – Sept. 23, 2014 – Texas Fertility Center (TFC) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest fertility clinic in South Austin, expanding a Central Texas footprint that includes Round Rock, Central Austin, North Austin and San Antonio. The satellite office for the region’s most established practice will provide full service infertility and andrology options to the South Austin, Buda, Kyle and San Marcos communities.

“We want to bring effective and affordable fertility treatment directly to individuals and couples living in and around South Austin,” said Dr. Kaylen Silverberg, Medical Director for Texas Fertility Center. “Infertility puts enough road blocks in the way of a family. We don’t want Austin traffic to add one more.”

The TFC South Austin fertility clinic – located at the intersection of South Mopac and Davis Lane – will open its doors on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014. Although each of the five Austin-based Board Certified TFC Reproductive Endocrinologists will see patients in the new office, Dr. Natalie Burger will be the physician who will spend the most time there.  Dr. Burger, along with TFC doctors Silverberg, Thomas Vaughn and Lisa Hansard are the only Austin Reproductive Endocrinologists to be recently recognized  as one of Texas Monthly’s Best Doctors.

She is an experienced fertility specialist and noted minimally invasive surgeon, who joined the TFC team of physicians in 2007. Dr. Burger provides medical management for female and male infertility disorders, with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS, recurrent miscarriage and ovulation disorders.

Like the Round Rock office, the TFC South Austin fertility clinic location was chosen to better serve its patient population.

“At TFC, we try to see patients closest to where they live and work,” says Dr. Burger. “As a busy professional balancing family, work and free time, I can appreciate the convenience factor. More importantly, however, we bring to South Austin access to a physician team that shares a 30-year history of resolving infertility for Central Texans, resulting in the birth of over 23,000 babies.”

The TFC South Austin fertility clinic was designed to prioritize patient comfort. Both men and women trying to conceive will receive attentive and effective care, with comprehensive treatment options including preimplantation genetic diagnosis, donor services, ICSI and fertility preservation. Physicians collaborating on or providing patient care in the new TFC fertility clinic include: TFC founders Drs. Thomas Vaughn and Kaylen Silverberg; Dr. Lisa Hansard; Dr. Natalie Burger; and Dr. Anthony Propst (Round Rock).
