Texas Fertility Center Opens Round Rock Office

Austin, Texas – January 23, 2010 – Texas Fertility Center (TFC), the first private Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility practice in Austin, announces the opening of its new office in Round Rock, Texas. For more than 30 years, TFC has served Central Texas, providing leading-edge therapy for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. The new office now allows our physicians to provide comprehensive care to the communities of Round Rock, Georgetown, Temple, Waco, and North Austin.

“Infertility affects more than seven million couples in the United States,” says Dr. Kaylen Silverberg. “Over the years, Texas Fertility Center has enabled more than 10,000 patients to have families.  Our new Round Rock location is a natural geographic extension of our services as we are seeing more and more patients from North and Central Texas.”

Conveniently located near the Round Rock Medical Center at 16040 Park Valley Drive Building 1, Suite 201 Round Rock, the new facility delivers a full spectrum of services to men and women suffering from infertility and related conditions. In addition, the Round Rock office also includes a full-service andrology laboratory, staffed by skilled embryologists and andrologists, to provide state of the art clinical evaluations and treatment for patients with suspected male infertility.   This laboratory allows patients to receive high quality semen analyses, and antisperm antibody testing without having to drive into Austin.  In addition, our highly skilled staff uses advanced sperm separation techniques to process sperm for intrauterine insemination.

Dr. Thomas Vaughan opened Texas Fertility Center in 1980, and Dr. Kaylen Silverberg joined Dr. Vaughn in 1994.Dr. Lisa Hansard became a member of the practice in 1996, and Dr. Natalie Burger joined the group most recently in 2007.

At the new location, patients can see any of the four practice physicians,

“Our new location will provide the same quality service and care that our patients have come to expect,” says Dr. Burger.  “We look forward to helping patients from the northern part of our service area realize their dreams of becoming parents.”
