Our research coordinator works closely with the physicians to develop and/or monitor various studies. Our research coordinator’s role is to act as a liaison between the physicians and the pharmaceutical or surgery company conducting the clinical trial. Our research coordinator screens patients to determine if they meet the requirements to become a participant in the study. Our research coordinator also maintains the records required by the study sponsor and the oversight board (IRB).
