Meet Candi, the patient success manager at Texas Fertility Center

Candi is our patient success manager. In this role, she works closely with new patients to help them learn how to navigate fertility care and Texas Fertility Center as they first start their journey with us. Her goal is to make the new patient experience as seamless as possible. She functions as a caring guide and a helpful liaison between new patients and the office. She can also help get patient feedback, questions, and concerns about where they need to go.

Candi loves being a part of the Texas Fertility Center team. She is a mother of two and married to a firefighter. In her spare time, she loves reading, as she is a former teacher. She is passionate about helping people reach their goals, which makes the role of patient success manager perfect for her.
