The professional team we employ in our business office understands your insurance and works on your behalf to make sure you get the most out of your coverage. Our staff is dedicated to making this process as stress free as possible and to providing compassionate care and support.

Christi is a native Austinite with over 30 years’ experience in healthcare administration. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has been a part of the Texas Fertility team since 2007.

Our Patient Accounts Representatives are available to answer questions related to our financial policy, associated fees, and insurance coverage. All matters regarding finances (including billing and alternative financing programs offered by TFC) should be directed to our Patient Accounts Representatives at (512) 451-0149 option #8.
Referrals and authorizations
Our Referral and Authorization Coordinators will obtain the necessary pre-certifications and authorizations for treatment procedures and medications as required by your insurance plan. They also ensure that our patients have been approved for office visits by maintaining referral records and notifying patients when a referral is required. All questions regarding authorizations and referrals can be directed to our coordinators at (512) 451-0149 option #8.
New patient coordinators
Our New Patient Coordinators work closely with all new patients to complete the registration process for their initial appointment at Texas Fertility Center. The coordinators will confirm your insurance coverage, including the specific benefits covered by your plan, to provide you with an estimated cost for your initial visit.
