Advocacy Day 2020 has been canceled due to the coronavirus.

RESOLVE Advocacy Day 2020 will take place on May 19-20. TFC and Dr. Silverberg regularly attend the annual event, which provides an opportunity for the infertility community to speak to members of Congress about important issues in reproductive care.
“Every member of Texas Fertility Center shares a commitment to providing exceptional fertility care that is as accessible as possible to every person suffering from infertility. We realize that it can be difficult for many hopeful parents to afford the fertility testing and treatment they need to become parents, so we lobby corporate executives as well as our elected representatives at the local, state and national levels for increased infertility awareness and insurance coverage,” Dr. Silverberg says.
Many TFC patients ask how they can help make fertility benefits a reality. Attending Advocacy Day is the perfect way to share personal stories of infertility struggles to encourage our elected officials to stand behind legislation to affect changes in benefits.
Share your fertility story for a chance to attend Advocacy Day
Texas Fertility Center and Ovation ® Fertility are co-sponsoring a grant for patients who would like to attend Advocacy Day 2020. This grant is designed to cover airfare and hotel expenses for one TFC patient and a guest to attend and lobby with the Texas delegation at RESOLVE Advocacy Day.
Experience Washington and Advocacy Day with seasoned professionals
One TFC patient and a guest will speak with the Texas House and Senate representatives as a part of the Texas Advocacy Day team. To help support the patient and their guest, RESOLVE will provide training prior to our meetings. Dr. Silverberg and other experienced fertility advocates will head up our lobbying efforts while on the Hill. In past years, we have been able to meet with the following members of the Texas delegation.
