Thank you for registering for the annual TFC Baby Reunion
At the Annual TFC Baby Reunion we would love to take some action photos of our families to share on our website and social media. We are always thrilled to chronicle our patients’ fertility journeys and welcome your stories and photos for our TFC website and community. When we talk openly about the struggles and successes of infertility, we encourage others to seek and find effective treatment.
If you are interested in having the TFC reunion photographer, Cheryl Bemis take your photo please complete our Photo Release Form. You can complete the form online. We will also have extra copies of the photo release form at the check-in table on the day of the reunion.
Families who are consented to photos will be given a TFC wristband for identification during the event. The TFC photographer will be on hand to shoot photos of our consented families, children and TFC staff and shortly after the reunion we will add photos to the TFC website and social media. The photo will be available for download if you would like a copy.
